After Cplws IT beta tested Windows 7 Business we have decided to move foward with upgrading specific business unit computer to Windows 7. You will receive an email a week before your computer is going to be refreshed, please make sure you have all personal files backed up on your personal shared drive, we will try to make sure all programs are reinstalled on your refreshed computer. IF you have any issues with any legacy programs please notify the CIT Support Center so we can make a note what business programs do not work.

The CIT Support Center now offers support for CS4 and CS5 users within the Cplws family of companies! If your having issues with any of the programs that are included in the master collection please contact the CIT support Center.

In a effort to save space all CplwsVoice systems that ship out as of tomorrow will have new software on them to assist with the integration of voice, email and Instant Messaging. Current internal systems are currently being switched over to these platforms at this time. During this time of transformation you may experience some issues with some services like: instant messaging, access to voicemail, unable to make incoming our outgoing calls. Please contact the CIT support center if you have issues with the new version.

   

Blackberry Support is Now Available!

We are now supporting all users on the Cplws Blackberry Enterprise Server, When creating a ticket please mark it as business impacting. Your request will be taken care of with in 4 hours.
